How do you adjust an invoice?
In Records, Invoices, open the invoice record. Select the Invoice tab and verify the Status is Pending. Click Invoice, New Adjustment from the menu bar. Enter the Adjustment date, New transaction amount (this can be the same), Adjustment post date, Reason and any applicable Notes.
How do you void an invoice?
Go to Invoices > Unpaid / Paid Invoices. Locate the invoice, then click Options > Create Credit Note. Select whether you want the Invoice Values. Select Void Invoice as the Credit Note Type. Enter the Date Issued and Order No. The Cost Centre Account defaults to the Original Invoice.
