Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

A PIP should include information on acceptable performance levels, specific and measurable objectives that are achievable, relevant, and time-bound, guidance on what management will do to assist the employee, details on progress meetings, and consequences for not meeting the objectives of the plan.
Typically a PIP is the step taken after there has been significant counseling and coaching. In most cases, I would expect a verbal warning to be given before a PIP was issued. In almost every company across the US, managers are addressing performance concerns nearly every day.
The next escalation is usually a written warning, signed off on by the employee. This is also the point at which you may want to consider a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP), which is essentially a formalized action plan for employee improvement.
You will be asked to sign the PIP. Generally, your signature attests only that you've received the document, not that you agree with it. If you want to make that clear, you can add a note saying, “signature to confirm receipt.”
The PIP is always in writing so the expectations are clear, and it can also provide a warning to the employee that his or her employment is in jeopardy. The PIP should specify the job expectations that have not yet been met, or the job performance that needs to be improved.
