How do I batch sign a PDF?
Go to Batch > Sign & Seal.
To use a previously saved batch of PDFs, click Load and select the desired file.
The active PDF, if any, is automatically added to the process.
By default, any document in the Files list will be affected.
How do you put a watermark on multiple PDF files?
Click “Add directories to list” icon to add all files in a folder to the list together;
Click “Watermark→Create→New Text Watermark” to enter into “Add Text Watermark” interface, define name, then click “Macro” button to choose unique data for different PDF copies;
How do I batch edit PDF files?
In the File menu, click Batch Processing.
Right-click an action in the Actions list, and then click Run
In the Settings area, use the buttons to select a folder containing the required files and select a folder where the new files will be saved.
Click Run to perform the batch process.
How do I batch watermark a PDF?
Batch Watermark PDF Files After setting the watermark, you need to go to the “Tool” tab and click “Batch Process > Watermark” if you need to batch watermark PDF files. In this window, upload other PDF files or file folders that you want to add the watermark to.
How do I mark up a PDF on my computer?
Choose Tools > Comment.
Draw in the PDF:
To edit or resize the markup, select it and drag one of the handles to make your adjustments.
To add a pop-up note to the markup, select the Hand tool, and double-click the markup.
