Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller. Click on and hold the PDF file. Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing. Scroll down and click on Download File Now. Select the location where you'd like to save the file. Click on Save.
Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select one of the following options: Fit To Printable Area Scales small pages up and large pages down to fit the paper. Click OK or Print.
Click the "Clean Up" option, then click the "Object compression options" drop-down menu. Select "Compress document structure." This option shrinks the size of the PDF document by removing any other useless items from the PDF, as well as optimizing it for fast Web view. Click "OK" to save the changes.
Resize pages in PDF To resize PDF online simply add a PDF document from your device with the use of the Add file button or by dragging and dropping the file to the browser tab, select the output size of the pages for the new file and press the green Resize PDF button to resize a PDF.
To resize the page to fit entirely in the document pane, choose View > Zoom > Zoom To Fit Page. To resize the page to fit the width of the window, choose View > Zoom > Fit Width. To resize the page to fit the height of the window, choose View > Zoom > Fit Height.
