How to Use the Adjust Break Permit Feature in pdfFiller

The Adjust Break Permit feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily manage and customize break permits in your documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document in pdfFiller and click on the 'Adjust Break Permit' button located in the toolbar.

A sidebar will appear on the right side of the screen. This sidebar contains options to adjust the break permit settings.

To add a break permit, click on the 'Add Break Permit' button. A break permit is a designated area where users can pause and resume filling out the document.

You can customize the break permit by adjusting its position, size, and appearance. Simply click and drag the break permit to move it to a desired location. To resize it, click and drag the corners of the break permit. You can also change the color and opacity of the break permit by clicking on the color palette icon.

To delete a break permit, click on the 'Delete' button next to the break permit in the sidebar.

To edit the break permit settings, click on the 'Edit' button next to the break permit in the sidebar. This will allow you to modify the break permit's position, size, appearance, and other properties.

Once you have adjusted the break permit settings to your liking, click on the 'Save' button in the sidebar to apply the changes to the document.

You can also enable or disable the break permit feature for the entire document by toggling the 'Enable Break Permit' switch in the sidebar. When the feature is enabled, users will be able to pause and resume filling out the document at designated break permit areas.

Remember to save your document after making any changes to ensure that the adjustments are applied.

Very helpful in my law practice. Ease of filling out a variety of documents. Easy to use. I like being able to switch from the wizard option to the self fill-out option. It is usable with all the legal forms I fill out. I do not like how I cannot change font size when using the wizard to fill out form. Sometimes I don't have enough room in the space to type what I need. I also don't like how you lose what you have filled in if you switch from the wizard half-way through.
