Open the PDF document that you want to edit using pdfFiller.

Navigate to the toolbar on the right-hand side of your screen. Locate the “Highlight” button and click on it.

This will open the highlight menu. Click on the “Adjust Highlight Accreditation” icon.

Once you click on this icon, a new toolbar will appear at the top of your screen. This toolbar contains options for adjusting the size and color of your highlights.

Use the options in the toolbar to adjust the size and color of your highlighter tool. You can choose from a variety of colors, including yellow, green, blue, red, and more.

To use the highlighter tool, simply click and drag your cursor over the text that you want to highlight. You can also use the “Undo” or “Redo” buttons in the toolbar to correct mistakes or make adjustments.

If you want to remove the highlight from a section of text, simply click on the highlighted section and press the “Delete” key on your keyboard. Alternatively, you can use the “Clear” button in the toolbar to remove all highlights from your document.

Once you have finished highlighting your document, save your changes by clicking on the “Save” button in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

Fax option could be updated and better. I am a notary, but it would be much better if this option was more efficient as well for other people.

I am readily able to save documents and fill them out online copy and re-create new documents from previous ones. It is user friendly. I can send them to multiple clients at once for signatures with e-sign option.
