The obne drawback I find is when I am typing into a field there is no auto return and I suddenly am skipping to other fields. However, it is still a pretty good product.

Would like to see a better way to organize/save files for easier opening. Would like to see a way to convert files to PDF as well. No need to send a follow-up survey, your system won't allow us to complete it without having a Facebook or Linkedin account...we know our own e-mail address and it won't accept it.

How do I add or remove a name on my present deed? To change the ownership on a property you will have to prepare a new deed which conveys the property to the intended owners and record that new deed at the Registry of Deeds.

Draft a corrective deed, affidavit, or new deed. Obtain the original signature(s) of the Grantor(s). Re-execute the deed with proper notarization and witnessing.
We often think of a deed as a physical piece of paper with a name on it that proves who owns a property that simply needs to be edited when there's a new owner. This isn't the case; in fact, a deed cannot be changed. Instead, a new deed must be created for every new owner of a property.
The document must be filed in the county clerk's office of the county where the property is located (or the greater part). KRS 382.110. The document must state that it is a deed of correction and must refer to the deed it is correcting.
