Adjust Required Field Resolution: full-featured PDF editor

The PDF is one of the most popular document format for numerous reasons. It's accessible from any device to share them between gadgets with different screens and settings. You can open it on any computer or smartphone — it'll appear exactly the same.

The next point is security: PDF files are easy to encrypt, so it's safe to share any personal data with them. That’s why it’s essential to find a secure editing tool, especially when working online. Some platforms grant access to an opening history to track down people who opened or completed the document.

pdfFiller is an online editor that allows to create, edit, sign, and send PDF using one browser tab. Convert MS Word file or a Google Sheet, start editing it and create some fillable fields to make a document singable. Once you finish editing a document, send it to recipients to complete and get a notification when it’s completed.

Use editing features to type in text, annotate and highlight. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Add images to your PDF and edit its layout. Ask your recipient to complete the fields and request an attachment if needed. Add fillable fields and send documents for signing. Change a page order.

Follow these steps to edit your document:

01
Browse for your document from the pdfFiller's uploader.
02
Proceed to editing features by clicking the Tools tab. Now you can change the document's content or add a new one.
03
Add input fields if you need any: pdfFiller supports text, checkboxes, radio buttons, dropdown lists etc.
04
When finished, click Done and proceed to downloading, sending or printing your document.

I love to be able to use the pdf filler app much easier and it has become very important for us in documents we need to fill out and sign and send. I would like to see some ease in the selecting the editing of a document, can the display of boxes for each section be less overlapping each other, this may be difficult to do. Sometimes when you have a saved pdf document you do updates rather than create a whole new document, we use them as templates. Right now the easiest way is to create a document in Word, save it as a Word doc and as a PDF doc. Which is okay, often, time is a factor and to quickly update a pdf file would be faster. Thanks for listening.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Locate your Workflow: > Issues > Workflows. Click Edit under Actions for your workflow. Select you the Done transition and Click Edit. Select the Resolve Issue Screen for the Screen field. By Default, JIRA comes with a 'Resolve Issue Screen'
Jira considers that the lifecycle of an issue has come to an end when the “Resolution” field has a value. Any issue that has the Resolution field set is treated by Jira applications as “resolved”. The Issue Navigator displays “Unresolved” when no resolution is set for an issue.
Locate your Workflow: > Issues > Workflows. Click Edit under Actions for your workflow. Select you the Done transition and Click Edit. Select the Resolve Issue Screen for the Screen field. By Default, JIRA comes with a 'Resolve Issue Screen'
Go to the Issues section of the administration panel and click on “Screens”. Create a new screen called “Resolution Screen”. Add to it the fields you want (including resolution). This new screen will be placed on the transitions going into the status “Closed”.
Those five statuses are the defaults that JIRA ships with; Open, In Progress, Reopened, Resolved, Closed. If you're an admin, you can browse to (Cog Icon) → Issues → Statuses.
Log in as a user with JIRA Administrators permission. Go to Statuses page by choosing Cog Icon > Issues > Find Statuses under Issue Attributes category at the left. Click at Add Status then specify the name, description and the category for the status you want to add.
To update the existing project workflow: Choose the Jira icon (or) > Projects. From your project's sidebar, select Project settings > Workflows. Click the edit pencil to the right of the workflow.
In Jira, click the Admin (cog) icon on the left side panel, and select Issues. On the Issues page, select Workflows from the left sidebar. Click Edit on the right side of the workflow containing the transition you want to edit. Select the transition and click the Post Functions tab.
A Jira workflow is a set of statuses and transitions that an issue moves through during its lifecycle, and typically represents a process within your organization. Workflows can be associated with particular projects and, optionally, specific issue types by using a workflow scheme.
Click Workflows on the left of the Project Summary page (you can also click the More link in the Workflows section in the middle of the screen). This is the current workflow scheme used by the project. Click the Switch Scheme link to display the Associate Workflow Scheme to Project page.
