Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

How to Use the Adjust Signature Notification Feature in pdfFiller

The Adjust Signature Notification feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily adjust the position and size of your signature on a document. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the document you want to sign in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Signature' button in the toolbar.

Select the signature you want to adjust from the list of available signatures.

Once the signature is selected, you will see a blue bounding box around it.

To adjust the position of the signature, click and drag the blue bounding box to the desired location on the document.

To resize the signature, click and drag the small blue squares on the corners of the bounding box.

If you want to rotate the signature, click and drag the small blue circle above the bounding box.

After making the necessary adjustments, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to the signature.

You can also delete the signature by clicking on the 'Delete' button next to it in the signature list.
