On the first day of use, I thought I had lost all the data I entered. I received help via a chat and verified my data was intact. This is going to be an extremely useful product for me as a consultant.

I signed up for the free trial and was… I signed up for the free trial and was able to amend 2 documents with ease.If I had the kind of life that required me to need further amendments in this way, this service is absolutely one I would use. Thing is, I just don't, so I didn't sign up after the free trial! Had a little difficulty cancelling the subscription, but honestly - I think that was 'on me', I just wasn't entirely sure what I was doing. However, it's a great service and the company responded to my concern when the subscription fee was taken by emailing me back and confirming that they would be refunding the cost. So, I think you can trust this company.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
A license agreement sets out how the licensed copy of the technology can and cannot be used, who owns it and any limits on liability in its use. License agreements are very common, often appearing on-screen when installing new software or updates, and even on the Internet when accessing data services or applications.
A licensing agreement is a contract between two parties (the licensor and licensee) in which the licensor grants the licensee the right to use the brand name, trademark, patented technology, or ability to produce and sell goods owned by the licensor.
A licensing agreement can be a profitable option for solo entrepreneurs, inventors and many business owners. Licensing is essentially an agreement between you (the licensor) and another party (the licensee) to take your product to market. In return, you receive either a lump sum or royalty payments for each item sold.
Generally, there are three types of licensing agreements: exclusive, sole, or non-exclusive. In an exclusive license, the licensee is only the party that can use the licensed intellectual property.
An example of a licensing agreement is a contract between the copyright holders of software and another company, allowing the latter to use the computer software for their daily business operations.
In Canada, licence agreements may limit rights that otherwise would apply under the application of the Canadian copyright law and principle of fair dealing. If an agreement does not discuss fair dealing or expressly acknowledge it, then it will apply. However, the agreement may restrict fair dealing.
