How to Use the Alter Paper Feature in pdfFiller

The Alter Paper feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily edit and modify your paper documents digitally. Follow these simple steps to make the most of this feature:

To add text to your document, click on the 'Text' button in the toolbar on the left side of the screen. Then, click on the area where you want to add text and start typing. You can customize the font, size, and color of the text using the options in the toolbar.

If you need to highlight or underline certain parts of your document, click on the 'Markup' button in the toolbar. Then, select the desired highlighting or underlining tool and apply it to the text.

To add images or shapes to your document, click on the 'Image' or 'Shape' button in the toolbar. You can upload an image from your computer or choose from the available shapes. Once added, you can resize and reposition them as needed.

If you make a mistake or want to undo any changes, simply click on the 'Undo' button in the toolbar or use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Command+Z (Mac).

Once you are done editing your document, click on the 'Save' button to save your changes. You can choose to save it as a new document or overwrite the original document.

If you want to download or share your altered document, click on the 'Download' or 'Share' button respectively. You can choose the desired file format and adjust the sharing settings as needed.

Good for quick edits and Esigs PDF filler has helped me edit pdf's for clients, some clients want quick edits, and this program makes it very easy to do so. I like that it is quick, simple, and functional. When you draft up a pdf to be E-signed and edited you can't ask for much more. There's honestly not too much to dislike, they could use a UI overhaul as it feels outdated, I wish that it was free to use.
