How to Use the Alter Text Feature in pdfFiller

The Alter Text feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily edit and modify the text in your PDF documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to edit in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Edit' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the text you want to alter by clicking and dragging your cursor over it.

Once the text is selected, a toolbar will appear with various editing options. Click on the 'Alter Text' button.

A text box will appear where you can make changes to the selected text. Simply type in the new text or make any necessary modifications.

You can also change the font style, size, and color of the altered text using the formatting options in the toolbar.

After making the desired changes, click outside the text box to apply the alterations.

If you want to alter multiple instances of the same text throughout the document, you can use the 'Find and Replace' feature. Click on the 'Find and Replace' button in the toolbar and enter the text you want to find and replace.

Once you've entered the text, click on the 'Replace' button to automatically alter all instances of the text in the document.

Finally, save your edited document by clicking on the 'Save' button in the toolbar.

Useful form creation and library tools Makes confirming client changes and work ideas more fluid with notifications of form signing. Wide tool set and excellent selection of preexisting forms. So many forms and flexibility to edit and create and cross share forms with clients, and the addition of the iOS app makes for a great always on solution and current information. Price is ok, for single users but for larger firms it may be a consideration. So far no other issues
