Open Start , select Settings > System > Display. Under Scale and layout, check the setting under Change the size of text, apps, and other items. We suggest you use the percentage marked "(Recommended)." If that doesn't solve your problem, under Resolution, select a new value.

Recommended for Advanced Users Only. Locate your save game folder: Locate and double click the file named ACBrotherhood. Edit the DisplayWidth and DisplayHeight lines according to your desired resolution.
In the game launcher, hit the "gear shift" in the bottom left corner to open the OPTIONS menu. In the field that says "Optional game command line parameters", enter the following (or the specific resolution you want):
Simply right click the game, go to properties, then go to Compatability Tab. From there, at the bottom, there should be an option to be able to run in 640x480 mode. That will fix it for good!
Open the app you want to fix. Right-click the app in the taskbar. Right-click the name of the app and select Properties. Click on the Compatibility tab. Under "Settings," click the Change high DPI settings button.
Click the Start button. Select the Settings icon. Select System. Click Advanced display settings. Click on the menu under Resolution. Select the option you want. We strongly recommend going with the one that has (Recommended) next to it. Click Apply.
You can select the program.exe file, go to the Properties / Compatibility tab and select "Disable DPI scaling on high dpi settings". You can also select "Run in 640x480 screen resolution" but that will be too large.
