How to Use the Arrange PDF Feature in pdfFiller

The Arrange PDF feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily organize and rearrange pages in your PDF document. Follow these simple steps to make the most out of this feature:

Open the PDF document you want to arrange in pdfFiller.

Click on the 'Arrange PDF' option in the toolbar at the top of the page.

A new window will appear, displaying a thumbnail view of all the pages in your PDF document.

To rearrange the pages, simply click and drag the thumbnails to the desired position. You can also use the 'Move Up' and 'Move Down' buttons to adjust the order of the pages.

If you want to delete a page, hover over the thumbnail and click on the 'Delete' button that appears. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

To add a new page, click on the 'Add Page' button at the top of the thumbnail view. You can choose to add a blank page or import a page from another PDF document.

Once you have arranged the pages to your satisfaction, click on the 'Save' button to apply the changes to your PDF document.

You can also choose to save the arranged pages as a new PDF document by clicking on the 'Save As' button and providing a new file name.
