Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Letter for Signature Request : This Letter should be written in The Letter-Pad of the Company. From : The Sender's Name, Door Number and Street's Name, Area Name, TO : Addressee's Name, Designation, The Company's Name, NOTE : This is a typical letter. You have to add your company's name with full address.

You could say: “Please find attached/enclosed our signature to the document. “I attach/enclose our signature to the document. Please countersign this and return it to us.”
As a service standard, FedEx requires a signature on all deliveries. However, in some circumstances you can allow FedEx to leave your package without a signature. Please Note that a shipment is only left without a signature in FedEx' sole discretion.
If you are not home to sign for your package, a door tag will be left at your door and the driver may reattempt delivery. To avoid missed deliveries, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager where you will be able to sign electronically or give special instructions for delivery.
Therefore, FedEx may deliver FedEx Express residential, FedEx Ground® residential and FedEx HomeDelivery® shipments without a signature.
Just go to FedEx.com or call 1.800. GoFedEx while your package is in transit. Then, request 'Hold at Location' for a list of convenient FedEx locations in your area where you can pick up your package at your convenience. Now, you could leave a note on the door with delivery instructions and your signature.

Signature Release on File means that the customer has a prior arrangement with FedEx for packages to be left at their property without signature (due to the prior authorization). UPS Signature Required If your package requires a signature, or if you are worried about leaving a package unattended on your doorstep, you can try leaving a note on your front door asking UPS to leave your package with a neighbor.
If the sender has specified that an adult signature is required, you cannot authorize delivery release online. You can, however, redirect it to a UPS customer center. You could either have your package left at a UPS location, such as The UPS Store or a UPS Access Point® location, or change your instructions.
UPS will provide the shipper with a printed copy of the signature. Shippers need a UPS account saved in their ups.com profile in order to view proof of delivery online. Using Quantum View Notify®, UPS can evenemailo your customers with information about signature requirements and shipment status updates.
Delivery Confirmation: UPS will mail you a confirmation of delivery without a signature. Note: Similar information is available when you track your package online. Signature Required: UPS will obtain the recipient's signature and provide you with a printed copy. You may also view the recipient's signature online.
