If you have a joint account where you and your partners are still jointly owning the home, it's probably not necessary to worry about holding onto leases that only specify ownership. As a property manager, it'd be great if you could answer these questions. (For most questions, you may be able to answer multiple questions, or have your team answer the same or similar questions.) Excellent Tool for Editing PDF Files We use PDFFiller frequently to edit PDF documents to send to clients or vendors. The online platform is very user friendly and has a wide variety of functionality. It does most of the things one would need to do, including adding text, erasing sections, checking boxes, and adding signatures. I wish it was easy to merge PDF documents.

Actually, you absolutely cannot legally change the locks, 'kick someone out', or force them to move without notice. As your name is on the lease, you are technically this person's landlord, and therefore are bound by the same landlord/tenant rules that all landlords are.
You can add someone mid-lease, but it's up to your landlord. He'll likely have to fill out an application, pay an application fee, get approved and have a new lease drawn.
