If you can't remember your password or it's not working Go to the Recover your account page. Enter the email address, phone number, or Skype ID you used when you made your Microsoft account. If you have security info on your account, we'll send a one-time code to the alternate phone number or email address you gave us.
Open Settings. Click on Accounts. Click on Your info. Click the Sign in with a local account instead option. Type your current Microsoft account password. Click the Next button. Type a new name for your account. Create a new password.
Adding up, “Sign in with a local account instead" doesn't mean you're creating a new account. It only means that you're choosing what to use in logging in to the computer. For example, you want to use the local user account instead of Microsoft account.
Select Start and type CMD. Right-click Command Prompt then choose Run as administrator. If prompted, enter a username and password that grants admin rights to the computer. Type: net user administrator /active:yes. Press Enter.
Step 1: Restart your computer, press Ctrl+Alt+Delete two times, then enter the administrator name and password if you know the password, if you don't, leave it blank, click Ok. Step 2: Start to reset the password by pressing Win+R and type control user passwords 2 and hit Enter.
Choose a Windows system running on your laptop from list. Choose a user account which you want to reset its password. Click Reset button to reset the selected account password to blank. Click Reboot button and unplug the reset disk to restart your laptop.

Use the “Protect" board to sign your name and save the output file as an image. Sign your name on a piece of blank paper. Use a scanner to scan it, or just take a snapshot of it. Save it as an image in PNG or JPG format.
If no signature has been previously stored on the device, tap Create Signature, or to replace an existing signature, tap Clear Saved Signature and re-tap > Create Signature. Tap to use your camera to capture an image of your signature. (You can also Hand draws a signature or tap to choose an image on your device.)
