How to Send a PDF for eSignature

‘Autograph Pre-Work’ requires players to pay a one time fee at a special website. ‘Players who currently have ‘Autograph Pre-Work’, will be refunded the one time fee, along a compensation equal to the current balance of their ‘Autograph Pre-Work’, on November 9th, 2016.
