Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.
Click Send invite to send your document or Save invite to save it for future use.

How to Use the Azure E-Sign Feature with pdfFiller

The Azure E-Sign feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily sign and send documents electronically. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the pdfFiller website or open the pdfFiller app on your device.

Sign in to your pdfFiller account. If you don't have an account, you can create one for free.

Upload the document you want to sign. You can either drag and drop the file into the pdfFiller interface or use the 'Upload' button to browse and select the document from your device.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Sign' button in the toolbar at the top of the page.

Select the 'Azure E-Sign' option from the drop-down menu.

If this is your first time using the Azure E-Sign feature, you will be prompted to connect your pdfFiller account with your Azure account. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the integration.

After the integration is complete, you will be redirected to the Azure E-Sign interface. Here, you can add your signature to the document by clicking on the 'Add Signature' button.

Use your mouse or touchpad to draw your signature on the screen. You can also choose from pre-made signature styles or upload an image of your signature.

Once you are satisfied with your signature, click on the 'Apply' button to add it to the document.

You can also add additional fields to the document, such as date, initials, or checkboxes, by clicking on the 'Add Fields' button in the toolbar.

After adding all the necessary fields, review the document to ensure everything is in order.

Finally, click on the 'Send' button to send the document for signature. You can enter the recipient's email address and add a personalized message if desired.

The recipient will receive an email notification with a link to access the document and sign it electronically. Once they have signed, you will be notified via email.

You can track the status of the document and download the signed copy from your pdfFiller account.
