Choose a document in your pdfFiller account and click signNow.

Add as many signers as you need and enter their email addresses. Move the toggle Set a signing order to enable or disable sending your document in a specific order.
Note: you can change the default signer name (e.g. Signer 1) by clicking on it.

Click Assign fields to open your document in the pdfFiller editor, add fillable fields, and assign them to each signer.
Note: to switch between recipients click Select recipients.
Click SAVE > DONE to proceed with your signature invite settings.

Select Invite settings to add CC recipients and set up the completion settings.

Remove the Email Signature From Gmail Click the Settings gear icon () in Gmail's navigation bar. Select Settings from the menu that has appeared. Go the general tab. Make sure No Signature is selected under Signature.
Open the Tools Panel. Expand the Forms section on the Tools Panel. Click the Edit button. Right mouse click on the signature field and then select Delete from the pop-up menu. Click the Close Form Editing button on the toolbar. Click the Save File toolbar button.
At the bottom of the email, you will see the option “Didn't sign this petition? Remove your signature”. To remove your signature, click on the Remove your signature link. If you happen to receive a permission error, try logging into your Change.org account and clicking on the signature removal link again.

Open the Email app or Gmail app on your Android device. Go to the main Menu and Click Settings. Choose the email address you wish to change the signature for. Select the Signature or Mobile signature setting. Edit the text and Click OK.
To modify your existing signature or create a new plain text signature from scratch, you must first open the Signatures folder. Click the “File" tab and select "Options" in the left pane. Click “Mail" in the Outlook Options dialog.
Open your Gmail signature settings. Scroll down the page until you see the Signature settings. Scroll down and click the Save changes button so Gmail saves your edits.
Just set your signature normally through settings. After composing your email, remove the “--" (two dashes) before your signature and it will show without being trimmed.
