Amazing product! I was able to fill a tax form very easily and sign it. Better than all others I've tried!
There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

I had to cancel my subscription right after I got it (the first time) because we were told not electronic signatures. The customer service person I was connected to was very quick with applying my refund and explained the banks general policies. It ended up there was a mistake, so I'm back. I enjoyed the ease of using the product. I was able to pretty much teach myself how to use it. I do look forward to seeing what the webinar has to offer.

I ended up not using there service but felt the need to write about my experience. I had a complex need that was nearly impossible to get. I signed up for a subscription and found out later my demand couldn’t be done. Their service team granted a refund quickly without the usual hoops to jump through. They were fast, professional and capable. I plan to use them for other projects.

The fill in is with text boxes like in word. That works well.
It worked well. Not as good as a PDF document that already has input fields but much better than printing the PDF document and filling it in by hand,

Timely help

How do you shine Bates?
Remove laces and clean footwear with a dry cloth. Allow airing dry uppers can be stuffed with paper, if desired, to help in drying. Polish regularly with a quality footwear polish to protect and nourish the leather and provide a long lasting shine.
How do I make my boots mirror shine?
Prepare the shoes or boots. Clean your shoes / boots. Apply leather conditioner and cream polish if required. Apply a thick base coat to fill in and level the uneven surface. Build more base coats over the toe caps until leather grain fades. Water shine / spit-shine the toe caps. An aficionado's trick.

How do you clean Bates from boots?
In general Bates recommends the following guidelines for cleaning the footwear: Cleaning: on a regular basis, brush away any surface dirt with a soft brush. After extended, rugged use, wash with mild soap and warm water. Be sure to rinse all soap off as it is hydrophilic.
How do you clean military boots?
Wipe your boots with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris that's left over after brushing. Apply a thick layer of polish using small, circular motions with a dry, cotton cloth. Let the coat of boot polish dry for 15 minutes. Scrub the boots with the soft-bristled brush or a dry cloth to remove excess polish.
