PDFfiller works well and is intuitively easy to follow. I used it for my company's W-2 and 1099's. The forms could be easily found, filled and printed without any problems.

It seems it is a bait and switch deal. You think you are getting a month for free but to really use the form without watermarks like SAMPLE across it, it seems you have to pay.

Category: a grouping you impose on the coded segments, in order to reduce the number of different pieces of data in your analysis. For example: 'people in public life', covering those coded as politicians, celebrities, sportspeople etc.
Types of Research Data. Data may be grouped into four main types based on methods for collection: observational, experimental, simulation, and derived. The type of research data you collect may affect the way you manage that data.
Basically, a category is a collection of similar data sorted into the same place, and this arrangement enables the researchers to identify and describe the characteristics of the category. Now, categories are important for determining what is in the data (what).
In qualitative research, coding is how you define what the data you are analyzing are about (Gibbs, 2007). The codes which are applied to enable you to organize data, so you can examine and analyze them in a structured way, e.g. by examining relationships between codes.
There are two types of coding methods, deductive and inductive. Deductive coding is the coding method wherein you have developed a codebook as a reference to guide you through the coding process. The codebook will be developed before your data collection starts, usually in the process of researching the existing field.
In qualitative research, coding is how you define what the data you are analyzing are about (Gibbs, 2007). Coding is a process of identifying a passage in the text or other data items (photograph, image), searching and identifying concepts and finding relations between them.
There are four types of coding: Data compression (or source coding) Error control (or channel coding) Cryptographic coding.
Categorization is a major component of qualitative data analysis by which investigators attempt to group patterns observed in the data into meaningful units or categories. This coding of the content can produce categories as researchers discern linking patterns between or among the individual codes.
