What do you like best?
No more printing and filling out forms by hand.
What do you dislike?
I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
CC, which stands for carbon copy or even courtesy copy, is for anyone you want to keep in the loop but are not addressing directly in the email. The general rule of thumb is that recipients in the To field are expected to reply or follow up to the email, while those in the CC field do not.
Don't CC people in to cover your ass, by CC'ing people in so if something goes wrong you can say, but you saw my email. This isn't appropriate or cool. Don't CC people in to embarrass someone. Don't CC someone in if you are expecting them to respond to the email. They need to be addressed to in the To field.
Originally used in business letters, the abbreviation cc stands for carbon copy. Carbon paper was a kind of paper, covered with a dark ink on the back side, that could be used to make one or more additional copies of a letter or other document. These copies were called “carbon copies."
It stands for cubic centimeter and is used in assigning a size to a medication dose. It's always important to disambiguate cc unless it occurs on something obvious like a prescription because cc is also the abbreviation for chief complaint and cardiac catheter.
The 'CC' notation usually includes names of people to whom you distribute copies, sometimes you could include their addresses as well. 'CC' is typed at the end of the letter after enclosure notations or identification initials. This notation appears on the office copy and the third-party copy only, not on the original.
Enclosure appears after the cc if they person being cc'd also gets a copy of the enclosure. Otherwise, the enclosure appears before the cc.
Type the initials of the letter writer in capital letters, followed by a slash or colon. Add the typist's initials in lowercase letters. For example, if the letter writer's name is Andrew Benson, and the typist's name is Carrie Dale, the typist line should appear as follows: AB/CD, or AB:cd.
What do the initials at the bottom of a letter mean? They include the initials of the letter's writer in all caps, followed by a slash mark or colon, and then the initials of the typist in lower case.
Type the boss's name under the signature. Sign your name, if the boss is comfortable with the recipient knowing that you composed the letter on her behalf. On the line beneath your signature, write “for" and type your boss's name.
Reference initials are placed on the bottom of the letter page, formatted to the left side. Unless there is an enclosure with your letter, the reference initials will be placed on the bottom most line of the page.
If you need to note enclosures in a letter, leave a double space under your signature and salutation, then write Enclosure. To signify that your letter has more than 1 document enclosed, use the plural, Enclosures followed by a colon and the number of documents.
Listing Enclosures Whether one enclosure or multiple enclosures are included, you may choose to list specific enclosed material. Do this by skipping one line below the sender's typed name and typing “Enclosures" followed by a colon. Then list the first enclosure. Skip to the next line and list the second enclosure.
The reality is that cc. is no longer appropriate. We don't make carbon copies. We simply create copies. That means c. is the proper thing to do on a letter today.
According to strict rules, that first capital C is incorrect. However, with its presence everywhere, Cc may soon become the standard.
Include the CC Annotation Write the letter you want to send to the primary recipient and another person. Type “cc" and the name of the second person at the bottom of the letter below your name and signature. cc'ing someone in a letter is the conventional way of sending them a copy.
