I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. It's a good and intuitive product. the only technical glitch is that some of the larger text boxes are shifted over to the right by a fraction of an inch and outside the printable area of most printers.

I just started to use PDFfiller and like the ease of completing pdfs, and logical flow of the app! Also love the send fax feature although while it seemed to work well from the desktop app, it seemed to hang when faxing from my galaxy Note 4 (just kept spinning and I had to force stop the app)-- will have to try faxing more to see if it was a device or app issue.

I like the ease of use. Needing to make a document fillable is so frustrating to try and figure out any other way than using this program, PDF Filler!

PdfFiller has been a Lifesaver
PdfFiller has been a lifesaver! I have a very important legal matter that has a lot of documents that I either have to fill out or submit. All of which either have to be created, modified, filled out, or signed. Since the matter is being handled across the country, its a lot of pressure off me to be able to edit, create, and save these documents.

Software works good, had no problem at all. The customer service was top notch. They helped resolve my account problems within the first hour I sent out the form. Polite and efficient. The excellent service provided was the last and fith star.

This was just new to me so it has taken me a lot of time to navigate around to do what I needed to do. I'm sure with some use and training it will be very easy to use. I have accomplished filling in the form but I'm trying to see how to get the new file name to appear as a download on my computer, so this is what I'm working on now.
