Mostly user friendly. Filling in multiple of the same form is not available, or finding that option is impossible. So I used same form over and over - using tab you also have to back space or use mouse to remove previous data and then fill in.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Charter schools are public schools of choice, meaning that families choose them for their children. They operate with freedom from some of the regulations that are imposed upon district schools. Charter schools are accountable for academic results and for upholding the promises made in their charters.
The difference between charter schools and public schools in terms of flexibility is, charter schools are run by a private board and public schools are run by the state board of education. Public schools are to follow rules governed by the school districts that establish the state law.
Charter schools are public schools that are independent of school districts through contracts with state or local boards. As public schools, charter schools are open to all children, do not require entrance exams, cannot charge tuition, and must participate in state testing and federal accountability programs.
They contend that charters inadequately serve children with special needs. Charter schools suspend children with disabilities at a higher rate than public schools, and there have been many cases of inadequacy due to a lack of resources, experience, and insensitivity.
How Are Charter Schools Funded? Charter schools are public schools. Like district public schools, they are funded according to enrollment (also called average daily attendance, or ADA), and receive funding from the district and the state according to the number of students attending.
Charter schools are public schools operating under an independent contract or charter with an authorizing agency typically a non-profit organization, government agency or university. It also holds them accountable to the same (often higher) standards of their district public school peers.
But what really is a charter school, and how are they different from a private school? Charter schools are public schools that receive funding from the government, but operate independently. They are usually founded by parents, teachers or community organizations.
Instead, charter schools are owned and operated by private individuals or boards, sometimes located far away from the school itself.
