The Comment Electronically Signing Settlement feature in pdfFiller allows you to easily add comments and electronically sign settlement documents. Follow these steps to use this feature:

Access the Comment Electronically Signing Settlement feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and opening the settlement document you need to sign.

Click on the 'Comment' button located at the top of the document toolbar. This will open the comment sidebar on the right side of the screen.

To add a comment, select the text or area of the document where you want to leave a comment. Then, click on the 'Add Comment' button in the comment sidebar.

Type your comment in the text box that appears. You can also format the text, add hyperlinks, or attach files to your comment if needed.

Once you have added your comment, click outside the comment box to save it. You can move the comment around by clicking and dragging it to the desired location.

To electronically sign the settlement document, click on the 'Sign' button located at the top of the document toolbar. This will open the signature toolbar.

Select the 'Electronic Signature' option from the signature toolbar. You can choose to draw your signature using your mouse or touchpad, upload an image of your signature, or type your name and select a signature font.

Place your signature in the appropriate location on the document by clicking on the desired area. You can resize or reposition your signature as needed.

After placing your signature, click on the 'Apply' button to finalize the electronic signing process. Your signature will be embedded in the document.

Review the document and make sure all comments and signatures are in the correct places. You can use the navigation buttons at the bottom of the screen to move between pages if necessary.

Once you are satisfied with the document, click on the 'Done' button to save and finalize the electronically signed settlement document.
