Great tool in a pinch! The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times. This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

Visual artwork, including paintings, sculptures, drawings, mixed media, and whatnot, is italicized, never put in quotation marks. Thus, Van Gogh's Starry Night and Rodin's The Thinker both have italics. The one exception to this policy is the title of your own unpublished student essay at the top of the first page.
The greatest compliment is to buy the painting. But if you can't do that, or don't want to, a simple statement is usually sufficient. You can say — Wow, it's beautiful, or, I love your style, or, what great detail, or, it gives me a good feeling, or, I like the warm colors, etc.
Multiply the painting's width by its length to arrive at the total size, in square inches. Then multiply that number by a set dollar amount that's appropriate for your reputation. I currently use $6 per square inch for oil paintings. Then calculate your cost of canvas and framing, and then double that number.

Other details you might want to include in the header are the quotation number and quotation date. Write down the parties involved. You can mention again your company name and then mention the name and address of the client. Write down a description of the goods or services provided.
Place quotations longer than four typed lines in a free-standing block of typewritten lines, and omit quotation marks. Start the quotation on a new line, indented one inch from the left margin, and maintain double-spacing. Your parenthetical citation should come after the closing punctuation mark.

Find the area of the walls. Add together the length of the wall and multiply it by the width of the room. Multiply that by the height of the room. Subtract the area of all windows, doors and cabinets. Determine if ceilings, trim and baseboards are part of the project. This is your surface area number.
The price for painting exterior trim varies widely based on the style and amount of trim, but an average cost is $1 per linear foot, meaning a 1500 square foot home with 500 linear feet of trim will cost around $500.
The average cost to paint the interior of a house falls between $1.50 and $3.50 per square foot. If you're doing the ceilings, walls and trim, the cost per square foot will likely fall between $3 and $4. If there is damage to the walls that needs to be repaired before painting can proceed, you'll pay extra.
To estimate the amount of paint you need in order to cover the walls of a room, add together the length of all the walls and then multiply the number by the height of the room, from floor to ceiling. The number you get is the room's square footage.
