0 0. Don't worry, initial evidence generally means that something is missing, and you just need to provide that. Something they just lose things during checking and ask us to provide. Or if some translation is missing, they will ask for that.
Answer: If the USCIS determines that a Request For Evidence (RFE) must be issued, then the RFE will cover all needed evidence. If the RFE is for additional evidence which is required to assist an USCIS officer in making a decision rather than an RFE for initial evidence which is required to make a petition case.
When USCIS issues an RFE, all processing on the case will stop. Once USCIS receives your RFE response, it will resume case processing, and you can probably expect further action on your application in a minimum of 60 days, though it could take longer.
RFE response time in 2020 It is more than 90 days on average due to the high backlog and increased number of RFE being issued by USCIS after Trump's orders. If you get an RFE in standard processing, you can expect to get USCIS response in about 80 days after your RFE submission.

Find out where to send your request. Ask your child's teacher who to send your request to. Write a formal letter. Be specific about why you're requesting the evaluation. Consent to your child being evaluated. Make sure the letter arrives. Follow up.
Put the date on your letter. Give your child's full name and the name of your child's main teacher or current class placement. Say what you want, rather than what you don't want. Give your address and a daytime phone number where you can be reached.
A child might be performing at grade level and still have a right to an evaluation. The key is that the school can deny a request to evaluation only if there's no evidence of disability. And it must explain its decision. If school staff deny your evaluation request, that doesn't mean they're right.
Find out where to send your request. Ask your child's teacher who to send your request to. Write a formal letter. Be specific about why you're requesting the evaluation. Consent to your child being evaluated. Make sure the letter arrives. Follow up.
Type “Dear Mr./Ms. (Last name)" followed by a colon. Begin the letter by stating the purpose of the evaluation, and the date that you conducted the evaluation. Thank the contact person for the opportunity to evaluate the product, service or person.
An initial evaluation involves gathering information from a variety of sources, including any information you have provided, about your student's functioning and development in all areas of suspected disability.
The first step in the special education process is determining your child has a learning problem and needs help. At this point, it may not be clear whether the child actually needs special education, but there are ongoing problems with learning that need assistance.
