How do I electronically sign a PDF on a Mac?
Open the PDF file you need to sign in Preview.
Click on the Markup icon () and then the signature () icon.
Click on Create Signature > Click Here to Begin. Draw your signature on the trackpad.
Click on the signature created to insert it into the PDF document.
How do you change the size of a PDF on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, choose Preview > Preferences.
To choose how to display documents, click PDF or Images, then choose an option next to Define 100% scale as. To display a PDF or image at the same dimensions regardless of the screen's resolution: Select Size on screen equals size on printout.
How do you Design on a Mac?
To sign PDFs, you can capture your signature using your trackpad, the built-in camera on your Mac, or your iPhone or iPad. In the Preview app on your Mac, click the Show Markup Toolbar button (if the Markup toolbar isn't showing), then click the Sign button.
How do I reduce the MB of a PDF on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF, then choose File > Export. (Don't choose Export as PDF.)
