So far it's been pretty good although I haven't figured everything out yet as far as the features but I'm working on it. I like it so far though for what I needed it for. PDF Filler is great for completing forms, editing existing PDF documents, and digitally signing forms.

PDF Filler saves us time in several ways: 1) saves time spent scanning documents, 2) makes completion of third party forms faster and more professional looking, 3) enables editing of existing PDF documents (rather than editing in Word, printing or saving as a PDF and re-signing), and 4) Digital signing.

How do I split a PDF into separate files online?
Drag and drop your PDF into the PDF Splitter.
Choose to 'Extract every page into a PDF' or 'Select pages to extract'.
For the latter, select the pages you wish to extract.
Click 'Split PDF', wait for the process to finish and download.
How can I split a PDF?
Set criteria for dividing your file. In the secondary toolbar that opens, use the Split by drop-down menu to specify if you want to split the PDF file by number of pages, maximum file size, or top-level bookmarks.
Set output options to split your PDF, then click OK.
Click the Split button, then click OK again.
How do I split a PDF into multiple PDFs online?
Upload the PDF file you want to split.
Click on the scissor icon on the page after which you want to split the document.
Click on “Split All” to save all PDF pages individually (optional).
Use the “Reset” button to undo all marked splits (optional).
Picking on “Save” opens the saving options.
