Compression works best on page documents that are less than 200k, and is especially useful when your PDF needs to reduce overall file size. There are several online services that help you compress your PDF files to save space but which one you should use depends on: The size of your PDF files; the complexity of your PDF document; how your PDF needs to be saved; if you want to compress it for offline reading or if compression is something that you use every time you open the document; and as discussed above, if compression is something that you only use every time you open the document. For example, a website may want to be able to offer you online PDFs of a book you have saved as an e-book. Here is the basic workflow: Download Google Docs Use the Page List Editor to create a page list and save it as a PDF file that contains the PDF file you want to compress (Figure 1).. I was in a real pinch with only a couple of days left to send out 1099-R forms and facing having to type them on an old-fashioned typewriter, until I found PDFfiller. You saved me hours of frustration and extra work!

Customer support was top notch. They resolved my print issues with my form. The reason I did not give it 5 stars and would not recommend is that I Googled for a form to fill out for a US Passport. I didn't expect to find one i could fill in on line. What was not apparent was that ONLY AFTER SPENDING 30 MINUTES FILLING OUT THE FORM did I find out I had to pay $20 to print, save, fax, email or share the form. Customer service was great, but did not want to sign up for a monthly pdf service or pay $20 for 1 form.
