Concatenate Needed Field Record: simplify online document editing with pdfFiller

The right PDF editor is vital to streamline the document management.

In case you aren't using PDF as your primary file format, you can convert any other type into it very easily. You can also create just one PDF file to replace multiple documents of different formats. It allows you to create presentations and reports which are both comprehensive and easy-to-read.

Though there are many PDF editing solutions available, it’s hard to find one that covers all the features available on the market at a reasonable cost.

With pdfFiller, it is possible to edit, annotate, convert PDF documents to many other formats, add your signature and fill out in one browser window. You don’t need to install any applications.

Use one of the methods below to upload your form template and start editing:

01
Drag and drop a document from your device.
02
Open the Enter URL tab and insert the path to your file.
03
Search for the form you need from the template library.
04
Upload a document from cloud storage (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, One Drive and others).
05
Browse the Legal library.

Once you uploaded the document, it’s saved and can be found in the “My Documents” folder.

Use powerful editing tools such as typing text, annotating, blacking out and highlighting. Change a template’s page order. Once a document is completed, download it to your device or save it to cloud. Collaborate with others to complete the document and request an attachment. Add and edit visual content. Add fillable fields and send for signing.

PDF filler seems to be very useful. Is/was slightly difficult to figure out but once understood is fairly easy to use. Unfortunately the price is too high for those of us on fixed income. Is there anything lower cost for disabled seniors? Please?

This is a good app. It could be improved with navigation that's a bit less clunky - more intuitive. I also wish there was a way to fill out forms without having to recenter, re-size, re-font the text so it looks normal in the document.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Concatenate text values into a single text value. To concatenate static text, surround it with double quotation marks. To concatenate double quotation marks, you need to use a backslash (\\) as an escape character.
Right-Click on the header (that is, the name of the field) for {Field1+2} and select 'customize field type'. Change the field type from formula to single-line text. Right-click on {Field1} and select 'Delete field'. Do the same for {Field2}.
If you'd like to combine values from two or more fields, you can do so by selecting Edit record and then manually updating the desired field. You can execute this merging process over as many records as you want.
Add a field to hold the name of the table for every table that will be merged. Your first step in combining multiple tables is to create a field in every table that will capture what is different about each table. For example, if your tables were created for each month, make a Month field.
In a spreadsheet, you can put a formula in any cell, and have it reference any other cell in the sheet. In Air table, you configure computed fields that apply the same formula to every record in the table. Roll up, lookup, and count fields can only be used when you have a linked record field in your table.
Lookup configuration is pretty straightforward. First, you pick the field with the linked records you want to look up. Then, you pick the cell on those linked records that you want to display. Note that if there are multiple linked records, the lookup will concatenate the cell values and separate them with a comma.
Adding a field. To add a field (column) to your table, simply scroll as far right as you can on your table, then click the large + button. You can also add a new field by clicking on a field header, then selecting the “Insert left” or “Insert right” option.
Air table forms let you collect information from anyone and save it automatically to an Air table base. Unlike other products, which require you to build a form from scratch, Air table forms are automatically generated from your existing table and then give you the ability to rearrange and remove fields.
