The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because it does not have an option to undo things if you make an error. If you make an error you have to restart the whole thing. Otherwise, its a great program to have!!!

Filling PDF files for formal use The product is very easy to use and intuitive, I didn't feel something was missing from my work with the application, in addition, it's global availability is a great advantage. The product offer mainly online editing, which makes it hard in case you wish to work on the flight or just go offline, in addition, the free use is not exactly free as it asks for a payment prior the file conversion.

Go to the Compress PDF tool. Drag and drop your PDF into the toolbox to reduce the file size. Choose the compression type and click “Compress.” The PDF compression tool will shrink the file down.
To do so, Open your PDF file in Preview. It should be the default option, but in case it isn't, Right Click on the PDF file, select Open with > Preview. Then, click File > Export, and in the Quartz Filter drop-down box, select Reduce File Size.
You can magnify or reduce a PDF by an exact percentage. Choose File > Print. From the Page Scaling pop-up menu, select Tile All Pages to expose the Tile Scale % option. For Tile Scale, type the percentage you want to magnify or reduce the PDF. Click OK or Print.
Small (10 – 100 KB) Medium (100 KB – 1 MB) Large (1 MB – 16 MB) Huge (16 MB – 128 MB)
If you're creating a PDF for your customers to read online you should make it small. No more than 30-40KB. Most browsers need to download the full PDF before they can render it, so anything larger will take a long time to download, and your readers might just hit the back button and leave rather than wait for it.
Here's how to shrink pdf file size in 3 easy steps: Step 1: Upload PDF file. Drag your PDF file on to the dropzone above, or click Upload to choose a file from your computer. Step 2: Compress PDF. Once the file is uploaded, you can reduce PDF size online using DocFly's free PDF compressor. Download file.
