Connect Age Contract: make editing documents online a breeze

Using the best PDF editing tool is a must to improve the workflow.

All the most widely used file formats can be easily converted into PDF. This makes creating and using most document types easy. You can create a multi-purpose file in PDF instead of keeping its content in different file formats. It helps you with creating presentations and reports which are both detailed and easy to read.

Though many online solutions offer PDF editing features, only a few of them allow adding signatures, collaborating with others etc.

pdfFiller’s editing solution includes features for annotating, editing, converting PDFs into other formats, adding digital signatures, and filling forms. pdfFiller is an online PDF editor you can use via a web browser. You don’t have to install any programs. It’s a complete solution you can use from any device with an internet connection.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
It is difficult to enforce a contract against someone under 19 years old. People have to sign binding contracts for many of the goods and services they buy, such as a cell phone, gym membership, and cable service. You should know what you are getting into before you sign any contract.
In the UK, a legal presumption exists that entitles anyone to enter into a contract unless an exception applies. One of those exceptions is in the case of a minor. Since 1969 the age of contractual capacity for individuals has been set at 18 and reaching the age of 18 is known as attaining 'majority'.
A minor (or child) is defined as a person under the age of 18. In order to create a legally binding contract, there must be an offer, acceptance and consideration, which is most commonly payment. A minor between 7 and 18 years of age can therefore enter into a contract.
Without consensus there can be no agreement, and therefore no contract. For example, a well-known gym contracts with a 17-year-old and in signing the agreement, the gym states that as long as the new member remains on his current contract, he will always pay the student rate (notwithstanding inflation of course).
Minors. People under the age of 18 may not be able to sign legal contracts. However, minors can be bound to contracts that someone has created for their benefit.
A: Hi Alex. The law is a little different in the various states of Australia but, in SA, you must be aged 18 and over to sign a contract. In general, for a contract to be binding, you will have to affirm the contract (agree to be bound by it) after turning 18.
Minors. In English contract law, a minor is any individual under the age of 18 years. Historically, the age had been 21, until the Family Law Reform Act 1969. As a general rule, a minor is not bound by contracts he makes, though the adult party whom he contracts with is.
Contract by a Minor. With some exceptions, a contract made by a minor is voidable. The minor, in other words, may avoid the legal liability under a contract. Upon reaching the age of majority, a minor may affirm or ratify the contract and therefore make it contractually binding on him.
