I wish it would edit pictures so I can erase and/or add text; it is not very accurate in determining the the input areas on forms; it changes the font on some .pdfs that are uploaded.

PDFfiller lets me print out a nice looking form for school physical exam. It is harder to use than manually writing on a school physical form. However, there are fewer mistakes on a printed version from a computer than sometimes I found when I had to manually fill out a previous version of a school physical form. Thank you.

US federal regulations require a full, detailed explanation of the study and its potential risks.
The informed consent form consists of two parts: the information sheet and the consent certificate. These templates include examples of key questions that may be asked at the end of each section, that could ensure the understanding of the information being provided, especially if the research study is complex.

Most survey research meets the requirements for waivers of signed consent, because surveys conducted outside a research context rarely require written consent.
