How do I save an Excel file as a PDF without cutting it off Mac?
After open an Excel document, Use mouse right-button to drag to select cells which you want to print in one page. > Set up the right margins as paper size margins. > Use Scale to Fit to avoid cutting page head or bottom part off.
Can you lock a PDF from being edited?
Open the Protection panel. 2. Click Encrypt, and select Encrypt With Password. Confirm that you want to change the security of the document.
How do I lock a PDF from editing on a Mac?
In the Preview app on your Mac, open the PDF that you want to password-protect.
Choose File > Export, then select Encrypt. You can also enter a new name for the PDF if you want to create a pass worded copy and keep the original PDF unencrypted.
