Highlight the whole table in Word in a separate document. Copy it. Go into the document to the point you want to place it, and in Word choose paste special and then choose picture (enhanced meta file) Then you can adjust it as you wish.
Click inside the cell where you want to position the picture file (first cell in the first row for this example). Click the Insert tab. Click Pictures in the Illustrations group. Use the Insert Pictures dialog to find and insert the picture.
Next, narrow in on your data until you see it surrounded by a red border, then tap the capture button. Excel's powerful AI engine will process the image and convert it to a table. Press Insert when you're done, and Excel will finish the conversion process, and display your data.
Select a table, chart, shape or any other Excel data that you want to save as an image. Press Ctrl + C to copy the selection to the clipboard. Open Microsoft Paint or any other graphics editor. Press Ctrl + V to paste the copied data.
Click “File” in the top menu bar and select “Save.” Give the file a name, select a save location, and then click the “Save as type” drop-down menu and select the “JPEG” option.
Right-click the object and select Save as Picture from the menu that appears. Next, rename your file, select the file type you'd like to use, and then click Save. Your object is now saved as an image!
Select “Save As” in the File menu and name the file. Choose the . Jpeg file extension in the drop-down menu below the name to save the file as a JPEG.
If you have Word on your iPhone or Android, you can take a screenshot of the document to preserve it as a picture file. Most sites that support JPEG will also support PNG (screenshot) files.
