Batch Convert PowerPoint to PDF. Click “Add Files” to choose the PowerPoint file or directly drag and drop the PowerPoint file you want to convert. Save the PDF File. Import PPT Files to the Program. Start to Convert Multiple PPT to PDF.
1) Open or create the PDF file that you would like to encrypt. 2) Near the upper right-hand corner, click on Tools. 3) Click Protection to drop the security options. 4) Click Encrypt.
Open the PDF and choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Encrypt with Password. If you receive a prompt, click Yes to change the security. Select Require a Password to Open the Document, then type the password in the corresponding field.
Open PowerPoint presentation and click Print. Select Universal Document Converter from the list of printers and click Properties. Go to File Format and select PDF Document. Select Password protected in PDF Standard like shown on the screenshot below.
