There are two comments for the development team and marketing team: 1/I expected a free trial, and 2/There are so many options that it can be confusing when you are just starting. I would have appreciated less options up front and some video tutorials to introduce me to advanced features.

I enjoy very much that I can scan in documents and then fill in and add things to them easily.
What do you dislike?
Very little. But sometimes I find I accidentally click on the up/down bar instead of the buttons. Also, some of the buttons are not intuitive, but trial and error works well, and mistakes are easily deleted.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I used to need a type writer (or hand write) sometimes still to comply with using the forms given to me by the government. Now, I can upload them and use the computer. Much better.

How do you turn a Google slides into a PDF?
Open the document, spreadsheet, or presentation in its respective Google program.
In the menu bar, click the File menu and select Download.
In the Download menu list that appears, select the PDF Document (. Pdf) option.
The PDF is downloaded in your Internet browser.
How do I convert a PowerPoint to a PDF in Google Slides?
Click File Download as PDF document (. Pdf).
How do I save one PowerPoint slide as a PDF?
In the existing file, select the slide you want.
Go to File> Print.
