Why can't I save my Word document as a PDF?
If that doesn't work for some reason, you should try using an alternative method of creating your PDF file: Click the File tab. On the left side of the screen click Save & Send. (Don't click Save; look down further on the left side and make sure you actually click on the Save & Send option.)
How do I convert Word to PDF on my computer?
Locate the Word document on your Windows 10 computer and open it in Microsoft Word. Once the document is loaded, click on File > Save As > edit the file name. Below that when you click, you'll see a drop-down menu > select PDF. Once done, hit Save and your Word file will now be downloaded as a PDF on your computer.
Can I edit a PDF with Microsoft Office?
To add or edit text in a PDF that was made in an Office program like Excel or Publisher, start with the original Office file. How do I convert Word to PDF and save attachments?
Download and install the Microsoft Save as PDF or XPS add-in.
Right-click on the document to save as PDF, and then select Open from the context menu.
