Move pages in a PDF: Choose View > Thumbnails or View > Contact Sheet, then drag the pages to their new location.
On your Mac, click the Finder icon in the Dock to open a Finder window. Select the files you want to combine into a PDF. Control-click the selected files, then choose Quick Actions > Create PDF.
Combining and converting multiple files into one PDF file Just right-click the documents, and press 'Combine to One PDF' from the context menu. This will combine all the documents into one long PDF file, whatever the types or formats the source files are.
In Preview, open the PDF. From the toolbar, click Sidebar to open the sidebar drawer. You will see thumbnails of each page in the PDF. Click and drag the thumbnail of the page you would like to move to its new location. (Hold down the Command key to select multiple pages.)
From the library panel on the left, select Files & Folders then double-click Get Specified Finder Items. Add the all the files to convert. From the library panel, now select Documents, then double click Convert Format of Word Documents. From the dropdown menu, select Portable Document Format (PDF)
