I'm happy with it for the most part. I think it's BS that you allow the eraser to be used on the 1st document and only when the customer goes to use it again, do you mention that it's an upgrade is bad business!!!!!! There's another issue but at the moment it escapes me.

Click CHOOSE FILE. It's a green button on the right side of the page. Select your PDF file. In the window that opens, go to the location in which your PDF is stored, then click the PDF once to select it. Click Open. Enter the user password. Click UNLOCK. Click VIEW & DOWNLOAD IN BROWSER.
Locate the PDF on your computer. Right click on it and click Open With then choose Google Chrome . Once Google Chrome has loaded, enter the password for the PDF. Next, right click on the PDF and select Print . You will now have the option to choose where to save the PDF. The PDF no longer has password protection.
Open the PDF in Acrobat. Use the Unlock tool: Choose Tools > Protect > Encrypt > Remove Security. Remove Security: The options vary depending on the type of password security attached to the document.
Click New. It's in the top-left side of the Google Drive window. Click File upload. It's in the drop-down menu. Select your Word document. Click Open. Open the Word document. Click File. Select Download as. Click PDF document.
Double-click the file from where you saved it to open it in Acrobat. Once opened in Acrobat, click File From the File menu, select Export to > Select Microsoft Word > Select Word Document Rename the file if you want, then click Save.
