What do you like best?
The best feature of PDFFiller is its ease of use, whether it's editing documents, signing documents, and then being able to access your documents anywhere by logging onto the site, as opposed to being constrained if you don't have your computer files with you.
What do you dislike?
Some of the option menus should be improved upon, especially as far as layout and ease of finding what you need, it's a bit counterintuitive though with experience that becomes less of an issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Signing PDFs with ease. Being able to access and edit a pdf no matter where I am as long as I have internet access, even if I don't have my computer with me and/or don't have access to my cloud storage.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Search for annual reports on GuideStar or the nonprofit's website. All nonprofits with $100K in annual contributions or over $250K in assets are required to file an IRS Form 990. The Form 990 is publicly available and can be found on the organization's page or on nonprofit databases such as GuideStar.
Yes. Nonprofit corporations must submit their financial statements, which include the salaries of directors, officers and key employees to the IRS on Form 990 as mentioned above. This means that nonprofits must make their records available for public inspection during regular business hours at their principal office.
The annual report usually starts with an introduction and a letter from the chairman, primary owner or the CEO of the company to the shareholders providing a snapshot of the significant developments in the past year, company initiatives and a brief summary of the financials.
Cash (short-term) Accounts receivable (short-term) Inventory (short-term) Buildings (fixed) Land (fixed) Equipment and machinery (fixed)
Donor Lists You do not need to include every single person who has given you money during the year. Many nonprofits set a minimum dollar amount for inclusion in the annual report to keep the donor list to a reasonable length (one or two pages in an 8-12 page report, three-four pages in longer reports).
Step 1: Mention Your Major Achievements. Step 2: Include Your Budget Statement. Step 3: Highlight Statements of Donors and Beneficiaries. Step 4: Include Your Donor List. Step 5: Compile the Report In an Innovative Manner.
Write a few words about the occasion. For example, explain that the person being commemorated will be greatly missed. Explain that you have chosen to honor the person's memory with a donation. Offer a few details about the charity or explain that you know it is an area that the person cared about.
Introductory message by the President or any other leading authority of the organization. A list of governing body members with their photographs and/or their background information. Governance Structure and Organizational Chart. Details of activities and projects carried out by the NGO during the previous year.
Corporate charter. Bylaws. Articles of incorporation.
Almost all charitable nonprofits that are recognized as tax-exempt by the IRS are required to file an annual report with the IRS, known as the Form 990. The IRS Form 990 is a public document that is available on GuideStar, and also from the charitable nonprofit, upon request, in accordance with IRS public disclosure
The IRS expects (and state law usually dictates) that a board of directors should meet a minimum of once a year, and best practices suggest four times a year.
In most states, one person may serve as the sole director for incorporation purposes. However, when submitting a 501(c)(3) application or other type of tax-exempt application, the IRS almost always requires at least three distinct individuals to serve on the board of directors.
Yes. Nonprofit corporations must submit their financial statements, which include the salaries of directors, officers and key employees to the IRS on Form 990 as mentioned above. Both the IRS and the nonprofit corporation are required to disclose the information they provide on Form 990 to the public.
Nonprofits are required to submit their financial statements and other information -- including the salaries of directors, officers, and key employees -- to the IRS. The IRS and nonprofits themselves are required to disclose the information on Form 990 to anyone who asks.
