Minimal experience. Does take the time out of huge forms to fill out - even for my kids' school. $20 a month is a lot for the convenience. I will likely cancel after my 1 month.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
An NDA is typically a written agreement, extortion is not. The person paying for the NDA has legal recourse against the other party if information is revealed. The (payer) of an extortion has no legal recourse short of a criminal charge and is vulnerable to additional demands, which the (payer) of a NDA is typically not.
An NDA is a legally binding contract that requires parties to keep confidentiality for a defined period of time. It's up to the parties to decide what would be considered confidential and what is not.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legally enforceable contract that establishes confidentiality between two parties the owner of protected information and the recipient of that information. By signing an NDA, participants agree to protect confidential information shared with them by the other party.
But what happens when a person breaks an NDA? An NDA is a civil contract, so breaking one isn't usually a crime. In practice, when somebody breaks a non-disclosure agreement, they face the threat of being sued and could be required to pay financial damages and related costs.
Typically, the standard use for NDAs ranges from 1 to 5 years depending on the nature of the transaction or market condition. As an employer or business owner, you would want to enforce an NDA for as long as possible to maintain confidentiality.
As such, an NDA protects non-public business information. Like all contracts, they cannot be enforced if the contracted activities are felonies. NDAs are commonly signed when two companies, individuals, or other entities (such as partnerships, societies, etc.)
Prospective Employers and You If a prospective employer hands you an NDA that includes a liquidated damages provision, put your pen down immediately. This means that in the event of a breach, the company is entitled to amount of damages specified in the NDA without having to show what the actual damage was.
One commonly used tool is the non-disclosure agreement (NDA), also known as a confidential or trade secret agreement. An NDA is a legally binding contract that requires parties to keep confidentiality for a defined period of time. It's up to the parties to decide what would be considered confidential and what is not.
Publicly available information. Information you already possess or may acquire on your own. Information you can prove you learned of independent of the protected information provided for under the NDA. Information received by a 3rd party source.

Why Are NDAs Valuable? NDAs are primarily valuable because they protect the confidentiality of corporate information. To be more precise, an NDA creates a legally enforceable obligation to restrict use and limit disclosure of the information that's protected by the NDA.
What is an NDA? A Non-Disclosure Agreement is a written document establishing a legally-binding, confidential relationship between parties, providing what information the parties consider confidential, and the prohibition of the other party from revealing it to others.
An NDA creates a confidential relationship between the parties, typically to protect any type of confidential and proprietary information or trade secrets. As such, an NDA protects non-public business information. Like all contracts, they cannot be enforced if the contracted activities are felonies.
The consequences of violating a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) can be severe. At the very least, you may face a costly lawsuit, and you might also face criminal penalties, depending on the information revealed.
Your Rights Without an NDA Misappropriation is the acquisition or disclosure of trade secrets by improper means including theft, bribery, and fraud. Examples include: A company promises a competitor's employee a better job in return for providing trade secrets.
