I'm learning it slowly. You cannot merge files in the app on ios. I need that. There are also a few hic-ups. Sometimes after a signature the screen gets disoriented and you have to go back to documents list and reopen. Sometimes after reopening some of the modifications are gone and you must re-enter. Some of these issues may be due to not being connected to internet. Overall it has helped me go paperless and I'm getting faster at filling out my documents using it. A few tweeks and it will be awesome.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Document Everything. Advise Your Landlord of Their Duty to Mitigate Damages. Find a Subtenant. Transfer Your Lease. Give As Much Notice As Possible. Switch to a Shorter-Term Lease.
One year is most typical. If you break the lease, you're breaking a contract, and the landlord can hold you responsible for paying the rent until the end of your lease term. For example, if you pay $1,800 a month and want to break your lease for the last four months, you could end up on the hook for $7,200.
Break clause. You may be able to end your tenancy early if the contract includes a break clause. Negotiate out of your tenancy agreement. Talk to the landlord about why you want to leave the property. Unwinding a tenancy agreement. Landlord is in breach of contract.
Transfer Your Lease. Probably the easiest and most popular way to get out of your lease early is to transfer it using a 3rd party service such as Swap A Lease or Lease Trader. Sell or Trade the Vehicle. Return Vehicle and Pay Penalties. Ask Leasing Company for Help. Default on the Payment.
If a tenant has a mental or physical disability or is sixty or older, and that tenant has a physical or mental disability that requires the tenant to relocate because of a need for care or treatment that cannot be provided in the rental unit, the tenant can terminate the lease.
You can only end your fixed term tenancy early if your agreement says you can or by getting your landlord to agree to end your tenancy. If your agreement says you can end your fixed term tenancy early, this means you have a 'break clause'. Your tenancy agreement will tell you when the break clause can apply.
Without a break clause, you'll only be able to end your tenancy early if your landlord agrees, or under certain circumstances like your landlord breaching their contractual responsibilities. Otherwise, you'll still have to pay for your rent until the end of the contract.
Start a written record. The problems with my landlord started almost immediately after I moved in. Check your lease agreement. If your landlord agreed to something in your lease, he has to follow it. Send written requests. Decide if you have a case. Seek legal assistance. File a civil lawsuit. Fight discrimination.
Start a written record. The problems with my landlord started almost immediately after I moved in. Check your lease agreement. If your landlord agreed to something in your lease, he has to follow it. Send written requests. Decide if you have a case. Seek legal assistance. File a civil lawsuit. Fight discrimination.
In California, punitive damages can be up to $100 per day of violation and at least $250 per separate violation. One of the main damages in a wrongful eviction lawsuit is the rent differential. Another is emotional distress.
Depending on the defect, you may also be able to sue your landlord for personal injuries, including pain and suffering, caused by the defective housing conditions. Keep in mind that suing isn't risk-free, especially if you are a month-to-month tenant or near the end of your lease, and you want to stay.
If you're seeking damages for emotional distress caused by a landlord's discrimination, or punitive damages for especially blatant and intentional discrimination, a lawsuit may well be your best bet. Understand what's involved in suing your landlord. You may file a lawsuit in either federal or state court.
How Often Can My Landlord Show My House While I'm Living in It? It depends on the state laws, but in most of the cases, the landlord has the right to show the property during reasonable hours and only after the 24-hour notice.
Unfortunately, the law in most states DOES allow the LL entry to show the apartment during reasonable hours. The LL is also giving 24 hours notice each time, possibly more than required depending on the state. As long as the showings really are showings, OP has no legal recourse. Every day is MORE than reasonable.
Rest assured there are no privacy laws limiting what a landlord can or can't disclose about a previous tenant. You can say anything you wish. However, our advice is to stick to the facts and only give information that you can support with written proof so that your former tenants won't accuse you of slander.
