What do you like best?
I love that the physician can dictate the form to me and I can easily load the form and type it up for him. He is extremely busy and needs to fill these forms out on his own time. Now I can do it for him saving him the time to focus on face to face visits with his patients.
What do you dislike?
It is very new to me, so I am uncertain if there is anything at this point I don't like, as I am unfamiliar with a good portion of the program. But what I have used thus far is great!

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Cost for HVAC service agreements may cost more than repair The main reason homeowners do not purchase an HVAC service contract is the cost. They can cost between $150 and $500 per year, depending on the amount of services offered.
Do: Try selling service contracts on every install. Do: Make it easy for customers to see the cost of adding a service contract. Do: Explain the value of a service contract to customers who need help.
The main reason homeowners do not purchase an HVAC service contract is the cost. They can cost between $150 and $500 per year, depending on the amount of services offered. If the system is new and still under a manufacturer's warranty, the cost may not be worthwhile.
An air conditioner's filters, coils, and fins require regular maintenance for the unit to function effectively and efficiently throughout its years of service. Neglecting necessary maintenance ensures a steady decline in air conditioning performance while energy use steadily increases.
Experts suggest servicing your home air conditioning once a year. (The same goes for heating.) Spring is the best time. However, to ensure your system continues to work efficiently, you need to do some housekeeping on a regular basis.

Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, no matter what kind you have, should be inspected, cleaned, and serviced at least once a year. The best scenario is to have the heating system checked in the Fall and the air conditioning checked in the Spring.
An HVAC service call typically costs between $100 and $150. But, many factors impact how much an HVAC service will cost. The type, size, age, and complexity of your system and even time of year will have an effect on the overall cost. And of course, any necessary repairs will also have an impact.
Regular AC maintenance servicing costs $75 to $200 for simple tune ups. Extended service contracts run $150 to $500 but include the entire HVAC system, both heating and cooling. For repairs outside a standard service, expect to pay $50 to $150 per hour for an HVAC technician.
You've probably heard that your air conditioner needs to be maintained at least once a year. However, (and this may come as a shock coming from an HVAC contractor) annual air conditioner maintenance isn't absolutely necessary (if you're a risk-taker.)
HVAC Annual Maintenance Costs Annual maintenance fees for extended service contracts run $150 to $500 and include the entire HVAC system. If you have both central AC and heating, you'll probably want to purchase these contracts for annual inspections and cleanings.
Important HVAC Maintenance Items Lubrication Lubrication reduces resistance and helps you save energy. Outdoor unit inspection Debris and dirt should be removed from the area around the outdoor HVAC unit. Fan assessment The motor and blades on the fan should be checked to make sure they are not damaged.
Plan to schedule annual HVAC system maintenance once in the spring for your cooling equipment and again in the fall for your heating system. If you have a heat pump, the combined heating/cooling system should receive maintenance twice a year. Change the HVAC air filter every month.
According to some experts, however, some HVAC extended warranties may not be worth the cost. This is because the original manufacturer's warranty usually provides excellent parts coverage, and any labor cost is likely to be less than the extended warranty cost.
If you're spending $800, $1,500 or $3,000 for an appliance, then it's definitely worth getting one, Rimini says. Others, though, don't believe they're worth the cost. For example, warranties may run for as little as one year or extend up to five or more years, and cost less if purchased for a longer period of time.
