What do you like best?
No more printing and filling out forms by hand.
What do you dislike?
I used to be able to upload a signature from an iPhone photo, and it could be placed on a document in a way that it look like it was written there, and not a pasted photo. I liked this and cannot seem to do this anymore.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It's amazing how many forms still need to be filled out by hand in this age of tech and no typewriters. Printing documents, hand writing, then rescanning to a recipient is messy, time consuming and wastes ink and paper. Besides, make a mistake, and you need to start over with a new form. And don't get me started with "white out." PDFiller streamlines all this and results in a very neat, professional looking document. I do lots of contracts, and don't always get red-line drafts to work with. I can use PDFiller do do red-lining (word-processing changes to early drafts) and send them right back to the counter-parts. Then with the final draft the PDFiller signature feature allows me to initial or sign, and send - again without printing/rescanning. Since for many transactions e-transmitted signatures, as opposed to "wet" signatures, has become standard and legally acceptable the process is now a breeze. And if I still have to go back for further revisions the prior versions are all saved in PDFiller.

For pdfFiller’s FAQs

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
Go over the buyer's agent agreement you signed to see if it includes a clause that allows you and the agent to terminate the agreement by mutual consent. The wording and terms of the contract should be clear and stipulate under what conditions you can cancel the agreement before it expires.
The exclusive agency agreement holds the buyer to the agent, meaning that they can't just drop the agent and avoid paying the commission. Exclusive buyer-broker agreements aren't the only contracts that agents deal in, but it is the most common one. Like a lot of real estate lingo, this contract goes by a lot of names.
A competent listing broker will sign the listing agreement and demand that anyone who has an interest in real estate as the owner sign the listing agreement. Obvious examples would include anyone of record as an owner of the property and likely are the people on the instrument of ownership, i.e., the deed.
Negotiate the terms. If you aren't comfortable with the terms of the listing agreement, ask the real estate agent to change them. Check the expiration date. Be aware of the expiration date of the listing agreement. Know the commission.
When are you committed to a real estate agent? Some agents will ask you to sign something called a buyer's agent agreement before they start showing you homes. This is basically a contract between you and the agent in which you both agree to an exclusive working arrangement for a period of time, typically six months.

Real estate agents work on a commission basis and only make a commission when they help buy/sell a property. The exclusive agency agreement holds the buyer to the agent, meaning that they can't just drop the agent and avoid paying the commission.
The way you hire a Buyer agent is to sign a Buyer Broker Agreement and a seller signs a Listing Agreement. Buyer agency is always in every buyer's best interest. This is why buyers should never call the listing agent off of the for sale sign.
A listing agreement is a contract between a real estate agent (the listing agent) and a seller that says that the agent has the right to list (advertise and handle the sale of) your house. It's important to understand the terms of the agreement, because you'll be bound by them.
Fortunately, many buyer's agents do not require that clients sign any sort of formal, binding agreement. However, if you wish to fire a Realtor who has put their valuable time and energy into finding you a home, be sure to break up with them in a respectable way.
You can always call the listing realtor to show properties. You don't need to sign an agreement for a long time like 6 months. You can sign for a shorter length of time, and you can exclude deals you find yourself offline.
As a seller, you're also well within your rights to request to change real estate agents. Sellers typically sign listing agreements with the listing realtor representing them. The listing agreement will have an expiration date, so you will likely have to wait until the agreement expires before changing agents.
If you've signed an exclusive contract with an agent, you can't work with another agent until the contract expires. Once it does, usually between 30-90 days, you can work with another agent.
A: Yes, you can terminate the contract with your realtor. The terms by which the termination can be made should be spelled out in the contract. If there are no specific contract terms that spell out a penalty for early termination then you are probably not obligated to pay him anything.
A Commission Agreement is a contract between an employer and an employee for work paid on commission. The Agreement is helpful for both employer and employee as it outlines the details of the work relationship. Terms include a definition of the expected employment, and commission percentages and salary, if applicable.
