For a new customer who has only used this program for a short time, It's a bit confusing to find all the necessary information. I am learning, but it's taken some navigation, and I haven't used the help line, because I don't even know the right questions to ask.

The platform is very good, it fulfills exactly what it promises, it is even compatible with the NVDA screen reader for people with visual limitations. Unfortunately there is no language version in PT-BR, and in some tool icons the NVDA screen reader does not read.

What do you like best?
The program is easy to use and super convenient. Your documents are always with you on the server PDFIller provides.
What do you dislike?
Getting in touch with a person in customer service is impossible and emails to cust. serv. have not been answered. I originally signed up as a single user; but then as my needs expanded at my office, I added and paid for three more users. For a while everything worked without issue, but then the other three users could not log-in and the different prompts in my dashboard were saying the subscriptions were active and to this day my office staff works through my sole account which can knock someone off in the middle of something.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The fax benefit is awesome. I use the program with my insurance agency. It is way more user friendly than Adobe and you don't need a separate service to send a client a form to sign.

I just was able to get the best service… I just was able to get the best service ever from Paul. I found I did not use this service as much as I did in the past, but the automatic renewal of payment had gone through. I contacted CS via Support and received a FULL Refund and cancellation of Auto Pay with in 3 minutes flat. Furthermore, received an email with confirmation of my request!! This is the way to do business!! Thank you for making the refund process painless!

What do you like best? The ability to merge and delete pages from pdf documents, and literally edit any pdf document I need to edit! PDF Filler has saved my life many times! What do you dislike? Nothing, I mean it! Absolutely nothing. Mayyyyyyybe the ability to split documents, but really the other options pdfFiller has let me to in that aspect have been amazing. Recommendations to others considering the product: I have none, it's amazing!! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm merging, I'm deleting unwanted pages, I'm edited...I'm doing all the great things! I am absolutely more productive as a result of pdfFiller.
