It's probably just me but it's hard to figure out what does what.Also trying to figure out what I can move on a PDF and what I have to erase and fill-in again. Otherwise I think it's one of the best. I should also say seems be working with my Dragon NaturallySpeaking

Deleting Wage Types. Use. Prerequisites. You have copied SAP model wage types to the customer name range. Procedure. Choose To delete in the initial screen of the wage type copier. Result. The system makes the following changes in the SAP System tables:
Select Workers > Employees. Select the employee's name. Select Edit Employee. Select Delete employee. Select Yes to confirm the deletion.
From the left menu, select Employees. Locate the employee you need to terminate, then select Terminate [Employee name] from the drop-down in the Actions column. Enter the termination date. Select the Reason for termination. You can also check any of three options provided:
Select Employees from the left-hand menu. Select the employee you wish to terminate. Scroll to the bottom and select Terminate Employee. Enter the Terminate Date and then select Terminate.
Select Workers > Employees. Under Action, select the drop-down beside Edit. Select Make Inactive.
Unlike normal, scheduled paychecks, you can create termination pay in QuickBooks Desktop Pro when an employee leaves the company. Doing this lets you edit the termination paycheck information and enter the employee's release date.
Locate and Open the Paycheck. Click the Edit at the top menu bar and select Delete Paycheck (or Ctrl + D on your keyboard). The message Is you sure you want to delete this paycheck? Message will appear. Click OK to permanently delete the transaction.
