It made a nice document. The only thing that is challenging is that you have to go line by line instead of having an option to change more than one line.

Below is a list of the most common customer questions. If you can’t find an answer to your question, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
signatory. A signatory is someone who signs a document and is subject to it. A signatory is someone who signs a contract, therefore creating a legal obligation. There could be several signatories for a specific contract. Over time, this word has often been used for a person or country who signs a peace treaty.
Noun. nonsignatory (plural nonsignatories) One who is not a signatory.
No, you do not have to use your legal name as your signature. That is your choice. At the same time, your bank and your employer do not have to accept your “custom" signature if they do not want to. That is their choice.
In the United States, signatures encompass marks and actions of all sorts that are indicative of identity and intent. The legal rule is that unless a statute specifically prescribes a particular method of making a signature it may be made in any number of ways. These include by a mechanical or rubber stamp facsimile.
All a signature is expected to do is signal that you intend to adopt an agreement, whether it's a purchase, offer of employment, or business transaction. To that end, making a big X on the paper or drawing a symbol does the job just fine. It doesn't have to be consistent with your signature, Mann says.
Signator. A signature (; from Latin: signal, "to sign") is a handwritten (and often stylized) depiction of someone's name, nickname, or even a simple “X" or other mark that a person writes on documents as a proof of identity and intent.
